Lorraine is my name. I started to learn to make pottery on a wheel during the summer of 2009 and now I can't stop. A room in my basement is where I create. I grew up in Queens, NYC and studied illustration at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. To be a working illustrator (especially freelance) required skin as thick as a bank vault door and I realized I didn't have that. Fast forward twenty five years, two kids later and a move to Utah before I discovered clay and the wheel at the local senior center. Just keep those wheels spinnin'.
